Such a caring place! Whether it's large or small animals, they are thorough and attentive. Our dog went in and ended up needing an emergency spaying, and the care she received in recovery was just heartwarming. We have had them to our farm and brought cattle up, and the vets are so easy to talk to and free with information. (They're great at answering the kids' questions, too.)
My cat quit eating one day, took him in for a check up. It was discovered he had a bad tooth. They took great care of him and got the infection cleared up and took out the problem tooth. Professional service and very good at explaining everything in easy to understand terms.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff who seem more aware that farm pets and events don't happen on a schedule. And if they don't have an answer they'll find out and get back to you.

I am a local resident of Turtleford and have gone to this vet for many years. I have taken my childhood dog here multiple times for a lump in her leg and ultimately to be put down. I have also had for be cats fixed Along with several small procedures (i.e. rehydration for mother cat after giving birth). But the one reoccurring theme I keep running Into is how ride the staff can be at the oddest times. For example the vet was very rude when we called around six to the emergency line to put our dog down after the medicine he gave us to put her down with didn't work. Understandable given the early hour but it was more about the non-chalant, "oh, you weren't kidding" attitude he gave us when we got there. But the dog took the focus soon after.Several members of the staff are polite but some of are ignorant , rude and don't even have commen decency. I would pay good money to open-palm smack the one vapid receptionist there.I will say that the surgeries on my dog were successful and the skill of the vet seems to be pretty good. But be prepared to want to smack some respect Into that privileged white female worker.
